2.5

I couldn't find a picture of 2.5 on google so this will have to do. After my long week of just a few moments of weakness, plenty of sweat and lots of whole grains I dropped 2.5 pounds. It's a start and I have another week to try a little harder and do a little better.

It's a GREAT start, B!!!!!! I'm really proud of you, that's a huge accomplishment!!!

I love Biggest Loser, but the one beef i have with it is that it's just NOT NORMAL to lose 13 pounds in a week... even 7 is ridiculously high, my doctor (yes, my dr and I have talked Many times about my weight) he says a pound a week is an AWESOME weight loss plan... you're doing GREAT!!!!! Keep it up!!
